Tracking and tracing your order
We ship all orders from the Netherlands using the Dutch postal company PostNL. They are a reliable company that will keep you up to date on the status of your order with an online track an trace system. After you place your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail with your track and trace code. Didn't receive it? Check your spam-filter. Nothing there? Send us an e-mail and we will get back to you asap.
We send out orders daily (except for Saturdays and Sundays). Check out the delivery times here.
Please make sure you enter your address correctly. If you have made a mistake or if you are unsure if your address is entered correctly, send us an e-mail. Orders that are returned to us due to a mistake in the address will not be send out again without charge, so please double check your address!
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your country. It may be worth checking if your local book store has any of our books/products available before making an order at our shop.
